VISA INFORMATION

May we remind you, that according to Russian laws, only official invitation
from the Foreign Ministry or its departments is valid for getting visa
in any Russian consulate. We shall prepare and send you this letter
after the receipt of the following information about visa applicant

Name
Date of birth
Citizenship
Passport number and expiry date
Institution, position
Address, fax, phone
Arrival and departure dates
City with Russian consulate, where visa will be requested

This information should be accompanied by the copy of the first
page(s) of your passport with photo, number and expiry date. Both
attached file in an appropriate format and fax transmission are
satisfactory.

Please bear in mind that at least three weeks are required for these 
formalities and it will take another few days to deliver invitation on 
your address.
